  • 8ft X 8ft curtain backdrop with custom vinyl backdrop in middle (w/clients name and/or message) OR 7ft x 7ft Hexagon backdrop
  • 2 large organic balloon garland (3 color options)
  • 16 candles consist of 16 glass vases w/floating candles (vases range from 24” – 6” in height)
  • Sweet 16 in fancy script sign placed on table (ask for name upgrade)
  • Décor for 8ft table OR 6 tall columns & decor (can place cake or treats on them)
  • Specialty tablecloth and skirt
  • Rental of assorted jars & vases in various sizes and design
  • Cake stand
  • Cupcake and other stands

  • 6ft x 6ft white fur rug OR (other option available)
  • Throne chair (color options available)
  • Décor elements to fit the theme such as but not limited to: lamps, rug, table, signs, columns, Etc.

Transportation & Setup/Breakdown fee

1800 to 3000 (depending on distance traveled to and from venue, amount of team members needed, breakdown return time OR next day breakdown, early morning setups and many other important factors that must be taken into consideration). Exact final charge will be provided after first venue visit. This cost is an integral part of the final design process which ensures that your venue is setup in a timely manner and ready to WOW your guest as they walk in.

  • 4 – 5 Luxe Design team members for day of setup
  • 3 – 4 Luxe Design team members back at end of event for breakdown
  • 2 Luxe Design team members for prep work 2 days before wedding day
  • 3 – 4 trips to and from venue for delivery & breakdown: gas & toll
  • 1 – 2 large 9’ vans

(If venue does not provide free vendor parking all charges will be added to client total)

Total Investment: 8,400

(plus additional setup/breakdown fee)

  • $360.00/per each additional table with full setting & floral centerpiece

FRIENDLY SUGUESTION: 8 guest per table is highly recommend in order to avoid overcrowding and also ensure the elegant look of your table.
